ASSISTANT HR / ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

* Degree in HR Management Administration or Professional Qualifications in HR management /
Administration
‘ Minimum 10 years experience in similar resposibili
different locations.

* Experience and capability of manageing ISO Quality Management system
ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018 OHSMS Standards compiling for more than 3 years.
Qualification and experience in legal background for general administration & HR Management
Handling key areas of Human resources management and administration including training /
development activities and drafting of day today correspondances independently.
‘ Offcialy retired Police or Armed Forces executives with above qulifications and good reack records
will be an added qulification.
‘ Ability to coordinate, plan and execute all HR and general administration matters in multiple work
stations
Total payroll management and handling of EPF & ETF Matters
Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills ( both written and oral ) in sinhala & english
are essential
‘
* Handling General administration security, safety and legal matters of construction projects and
‘manufacturing factory environments.
* Coordinating with Local Governmenmt authorities and other government boddies relating to the
company affairs
‘
* Age abowe 50 years
