Sa ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time. Create and maintain required project documentations (Project Charter, Risk/Issue log/etc) an make sure all the strategic project documents are in place (Business Case/Process Documents/KPIs and objectives/etc). e Develop and continuously update a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of tasks across multiple teams. e Monitor, coordinate and communicate with multiple teams to deliver individual and team tasks to make sure the final delivery date will be met Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs Share regular project status reports and scheduling required management/stakeholders meetings in a timely manner. Forecasting and identification of risks and issue at the project initiation stage and execution stage to manage impact probability e Manage all the key meetings, make sure minutes are circulated and action items are followed up to make sure tasks are completed on time. e Escalate issues/risk proactively to PMO, Business Owner and _ senior management. Facilitate to clear any dependencies which will impact the on time project delivery . e Use the project management tools and make sure the team is fully onboarded to manage their tasks using the tool. e Support Business Owner and PMO to monitor operational activities after the implementation of the project, ensuring achievement of intended targeted corporate objectives (KPIs, etc) after launch. REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification 2

* Years of industry experience with any coordination experience between multiple teams e Experience in managing/key member of a business and organizational level strategic initiatives Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills Strong people management skills Exposure to Software Engineering and Testing Principles will be an added advantage e Exposure to local and foriegn teams work exposure will be an added advantage pppoe ial PickMe 9 No 309, High Level Road, Colombo 6
