RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAIN AND PREPARE CALL CENTER AGENTS TO CONVERT LEADS INTO SALES
ENSURE AGENTS UNDERSTAND AND COMPLY WITH ALL CALL CENTER OBJECTIVES, PERFORMENCES AND POLICIES
ACHIEVE GROWTH AND HIT TEAM SALES TARGETS
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN THAT EXPLANE THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER BASE AND ENSURE ITS STRONG PRESENSE
MONITOR AND EVELUATE AGENT PERFORMENCES .PROVIDE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIWS AND TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
PREPARE REPORTS AND ANALYZE DATA TO ASSIST MANAGEMENT TO DEFINE CALL CENTER GOALS
REQUIREMENTS
PREVIOS EXPERIENCE ( 3 YEARS) AS A SALESREPRESENTIVE / MANAGER, CONSISTENTLKY MEETINGOR EXCEEDING TARGETS
HANDS ON EXPERIENCE USING AT LEAST ONE GDS
DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT /PMP/ IATA QUALIFIED AND / OR EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CALL CENTER CATERING TO CUSTOMERS WORLDWIDE WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ON A ROTATING ROSTER
