+ Proven experience as a Recovery Agent or similar
role. (Minimum 06 months of Experience is required) C ollections Specialist
* Communicate with debtors effectively by phone and
negotiate debt recovery plan successfully
* Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
* Fluent in Sinhala. The ability to speak in Tamil
will also be desirable
* Comfortable working with targets
+ Excellent communication skills
(written and oral), skilled in negotiation
* Problem-solving skills
