Job Description:

·         Handling chat and calls, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

·         Responsible in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through both live chat and phone interactions.

·         Communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and find solutions to their problems.

·         Willing to relocate in the Philippines, work-on-site in Bagac, Bataan.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         With 1 year experience in similar capacity

·         Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills

·         Knowledgeable in different social media platforms.

·         Preferred language is SINHALA, TAMIL, and ENGLISH is an advantage.
