Responsibilities:
¢ Manage and oversee operations of all production departments (Hot Kitchen, Bakery, Pastry)
¢ Ensure quality and taste is consistently maintained across all food products
¢ New product development
* Oversee recruitment, training & performance appraisals of team members.
* Work closely with supervisors, department heads and other staff members to ensure smooth
operations.
¢ Ensure adherance to health and safety guidelines.
¢ Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and strong communication across all
outlets and departments.
¢ Manage inventory across all outlets, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and minimizing waste.
¢ Responsible for managing food cost.
Qualifications:
e 5+ Years experience as a Sous Chef or above in
reputed establishments.
e Age 40-50 Years.
¢ Graduate of SLITHM or with equivalent qualification.
e Proven leadership skills.
e Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Ability to effectively manage, lead, and motivate a
large team.
* Knowledge & practice of HACCP, GMP and ISO
22000
