EXECUTIVE / COORDINATOR - OPERATIONS
‘American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka's bottled water industry, was established in 1995, and serves as
the catalyst in today's competitive 5 gallon/ dispenser operation

We are looking for energetic individuals with outstanding communication and exceptional interpersonal and
leadership skils.
Job Role
* Meet delivery and service related KPIs assigned (On Time in Full); maintain promptness and professionalism
when dealing with customer deliveries while maintaining excellent customer services
* Responsible for the effective management of assigned staff
* Plan and implement action plans, and contingencies to maximise delivery route / staff / truck efficiencies /
effectiveness and minimise missed deliveries / out of water situations in order to optimize delivery metrics
* Coordinate operations / deliveries and continuously monitor & maintain the delivery schedules for assigned
area
* Develop delivery schedules, monitor planned schedule performance and track resource utilization
* Consistently demonstrate ability to meet and exceed client expectations when faced with service complaints
* Maintaining discipline within the operations team (delivery staff / drivers / operation executives) and
minimizing team absenteeism levels
* Develop and monitor the delivery service quality and ensure resource gaps are monitored effectively
* Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports
* Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
* Data crunch & believe in data based planning & decision making for operational activities
Requirements
* Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Engineering from
recognized university, with minimum 6-18 months’ experience in similar capacity
* Passed GCE AIL in Mathematics / Science /Commerce Stream
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (special emphasis on VBA, macros and advance modelling
* Willingness to work on the field to work long hours if and when required
* Excellent verbal & written communications skill in English, Sinhala -knowledge in Tamil
* Must possess excellent influencing /negotiation skills/logical thinking & strong interpersonal skills
* Exceptional achiever in extracurricular activities
* Managerial skills
* Should be Proactive, willing to leam, client focused, think out of the box, independent & ability to work with
intemal and external stakeholders
