The ideal candidate should be:

 

•• Below the age of 40 years.

•• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing food and beverage or similar role.

•• Customer oriented approach with excellent public relation and customer service.

•• Plan,forecast & execute food and beverage orders.

•• Budget planning,menu engineering,purchasing,food costing & financial operations.

•• Possess an excellent comma nd of English language. Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage.

•• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

•• Plan,hire,train, oversee and manage the members of staff.

•• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience.
