The purpose of the role is to successfully lead the Call Center department, manage the team, achieve
high performance, ensure high standards of customer service, work with sales and achieve the
company's sales goals and objectives.
What we are looking for:
e An experienced Call Center team leader, who has experience in creating a Call Center from
scratch (ideally in banking or lending)
¢ Development of all Call Center processes with maximum automation
¢ Monitoring and analyzing performance results, ability to find methods and ways to improve
team performance
Ability to work with automated phone system - running autodial, loading base, filling out reports
Skills in working with basic reporting (SLA, Abandoned rate, FCR, Occupancy)
Listening to the calls to identify mistakes and find ways to improve the results)
Active person, leader, able to lead a team, motivate, develop and inspire results Ideal
candidates prior skills, expertise:
e Successful experience in the position of Team Lead, Head of CC Group
e Banking, PDL business experience
