POST OF

INTERN - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

 

We are looking for undergraduates who are innovative and

fully conversant with recent IT developments

 

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

© Final Year Undergraduates of a university / reputed institute or any other recognized IT qualification in the

relevant field

> Fair knowledge of handling computer hardware, network, and related devices

© Knowledge of Microsoft servers, databases (MS SQL), and Windows OS

© Fair Knowledge of open-source systems

© Knowledge of ERP, MIS systems

& Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

HARDWARE AND NETWORK

© Troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network-related issues

© Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of the network; including WAN/LAN, network routers,

switches, and firewalls

> Install and maintain operating systems and related applications in both servers and client PCs

(Both Windows and Macintosh)

 

APPLICATION AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

© Develop Custom reports for the ERP system using SSRS reports and report builder

© Support IT department to maintain servers (Microsoft Server) and databases (MS SQL)

© Provides technical/functional support relating to various applications, including ERP

© Develop and manage Microsoft Power BI dashboards with requirement analysis
