IT Assistant / CCTV Technician

We are a manufacturing and export oriented group of companies, looking forhh energetic and self-motivated personnel for the above position at our Head Office located in Nugegoda.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing and maintaining CCTV systems.

Familiarity with network configurations and protocols.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recording events on camera and storing footage in a digital format for later reference.

Maintaining logs of security incidents and making sure they are reported to appropriate personnel

Ensure real-time monitoring of Vehicle tracking system Reporting of vehicle locations and speeds as required.

Work closely with the IT team to integrate CCTV systems and other tracking systems.

Provide technical support for IT-related issues as needed.
