A leading commercial and retail laundry service provider in Sri Lanka with distributed branches, advanced machinery and well-trained employees is on the lookout for a dynamic IT & Network Administrator, who can work efficiently and independently. The ideal candidate should fulfill the requirements and qualifications given below: Qualifications: Degree educated (Computer Science Degree and/or Engineer) with formal education certificates provided and min. 2 years’ of experience / Diploma or NVQ in IT/CS/CN or an equivalent qualification with min. 3 or more years of experience. Fluent in English and Sinhala. Experience in handling ERP software systems is an added advantage. Requirements: Diagnose and solve hardware faults, including repairlmaintain and troubleshoot PC's, local servers and IT-related equipment. Purchasing all IT related peripheral and dealing with suppliers. Provide technical assistance for the team by solving technical problems, faults and device upgrading. Ability to maintain and repair LAN networks. Installation and configuration of a company's computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks and databases as well as CCTV security. (Overall IT operation management) Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer networks and attendance systems. Implementing network security solutions with software or hardware firewalls. Exposure and experience in dealing with Firewall, Network Security, Database organization, Google Drive and especially the Microsoft Windows applications. Knowledge of office networking and its’ applications. Must be willing to travel to all 10 outlets (in and around Colombo city). Preferably under 40 years of age. The Ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team player.
