Position : Manager- Customer Satisfaction (Planning)
Location : Sri Lanka Branch
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
e Preparation of CS strategy and ensure deployment
« CS System enhancements based on field requirements
Closely monitoring functional tasks and prepare management reports timely manner
e Secures service competitiveness by improving KPIs and supporting issues of service team.
« Work closely with business team to capture and plan business requirements
« Prioritizing initiatives based in business needs and requirements
« Provide status update reports and escalate to management as and when required
« Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
« Building strategic insights and initiatives for key stakeholders for decision making
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
« Engineering or other related areas (MBA is a plus)
« 5
* years of managerial experience in handling operations and data analysis.
« Proven Tableau, Excel, Macro, System Development skills.
« Excellent PowerPoint and Communication skills.
« Fluent English and Sinhala both oral and written (Tamil is a plus)
« Strong organizational skills, Analytical Skills & Problem solving attitudes
« Excellent Communication skills ( English , Sinhala)
« Dependable Management and Leadership qualities
