JOB ROLE
+ Learn details about our product and service offerings.
+ Finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas.
* Address any questions or issues customers may have.
* Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
* Offer solutions based on client needs and capabilities.
+ Update client records.
* Track and document calls and sales.
‘+ Participating in any required training.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Minimum G.C.E Advanced level.
+ Age between 18-30 years.
+ Work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
* Computer proficiency is critical.
+ Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
+ An outgoing individual is an excellent fit for this opportunity.
+ Must be a team player with positive attitude.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
+ Good communications skills required to perform outstanding customer service.
