Who we are:
We are a young, research and content creation startup spinning content to improve the mass adoption of new web 3.0 technologies and innovative personal finance solutions. We research and test products in these industries and distribute content to our community of thinkers. Be ready to hear ambitious plans and crazy ideas and witness experimentation and open-mindedness at work.

What you’ll do:
Manage Founder’s office, coordinate in-person teams, and receive calls
Schedule and set up internal meetings and help organize workflow
Organize events and meetups
Manage remote working teams and attend to their requests
Manage upkeep of all office areas
Manage Founder's socials and profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, etc
Share ideas and progress with managers daily/weekly
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
We appreciate initiative so please be armed with new ideas

Desired Skills and Experience:
Good knowledge of spoken and written English is a must
Experience in social media management, creating and curating personal social media profiles is preferred
Experience managing personal offices and secretarial work is preferred
Skills in SEO, blog writing, and/or vlogging are a plus
Have a growth mindset, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a team and have good work ethics
Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Media, Arts, or Public Relations will help but are not required. We believe human minds are more than what a piece of paper/professor says they are

What you’ll get:
Salary is 20000 LKR/month inclusive of a 5000 LKR monthly allowance. We don't hide salaries or leave you speculating on things like “attractive salary package”
