We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. The overall aim of the Recruiter will be to manage our job boards, to generate suitable applicants and to ensure that each candidate that completes a successful interview successfully completes the on-boarding process.
Advertising: Put out and monitor adverts (Various platforms)
Screening of applicants: Screen Applicants (call them and complete initial application form over the phone)
Arrange Interviews: Book applicants into interviews and documentations checks.
Induction Training: Book applicants into already arranged dates for induction and/or set them up for online learning and chase them until completion. Arrange for carers who need help to come into office for support
On-Boarding Documentation: Complete on-boarding for successful applicants (get all of the paperwork and references, arrange for Registered Manager to do DBS, Push Care Coordinators for shadowing forms to be completed)
