SALES EXECUTIVES

 

Colombo,Negombo,Down South

 

Favourite International specialises in the importation and distribution of refined alcoholic beverages

from around the globe with an unrivalled reputation for quality and superior service

 

The Job :

 

You are responsible for achieving set monthly and annual targets focusing on the sectors growth

developing long-term customer relationships and consistently serving all customers in a high-pressure

environment, whilst managing budgets with in deadlines with given resources. You will have the

opportunity to improve and develop the sales team of the assigned sector in meeting challenges.

The Person:

 

We are looking for a dynamic go-getter who can add value to our strong growth momentum in the

market. Candidates for this position must be passionate about achieving goals, with strong leadership

skills to motivate and develop productive relationships with their respective sales team and

customers.

 

Experience & Qualification :

 

Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in an FMCG company or relevant field.

 

Experience in handling Key Accounts / premium channels will be a definite qualification.

 

Age below 30 years.

 

Good communication skills.

 

Previous working experience in similar capacity in the Wines & Spirits industry in the market will be an

definite advantage (Colombo, Negombo, Down South).

 

Special skills on handling hotels, restaurants, modern trade and wine stores in respective areas

 

will be added advantage.

 

Minimum Advanced Level or Sales & Marketing related qualification such as SLIM / CIM.
