We are looking for a highly organized individual who can assist our Operations Manager in the areas of social media content management and client liaison. We are searching for someone who aligns with our values and brings positive vibes to work everyday. An individual who is reliable and has a can-do attitude.
This role is full-time, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and you can work from home.
Team working days are the first week of the month and sporadic days for training, admin and team consulting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing the entire social media content process from start to end. You will report to our Company Director and Operations Manager to ensure all components of the Work are completed to fulfill the Role and Responsibilities described below.
Assisting with client onboarding.
Content creation process - social media calendar management.
Liaising with clients for missing content or any changes required during the social media process.
Inbox handling and sorting and notifying Operations Manager of updates.
Reply to client enquiries through social media channels and inform management.
Maintaining CCC social media channels
Ad hoc tasks given by the Managing Director with relation to Social Media Management
Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in a similar role
Proficient with G-Suite - Gmail, Google Sheets, Slides, Slack, ClickUp etc
Has access to an iPhone posting of content
Ideally having prior experience with social media content scheduling apps
Experience in email marketing
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Highly organised and fluent in English
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail
A friendly and professional attitude
Values in working towards a more sustainable future
Photography skills are a bonus
