Supervisor Audit & Assurance Jay Lal & Company Based in Fiji Islands We, Jay Lal and Company are a Fiji based, locally owned firm of chartered accountants and a member in public practice in Fiji. Currently we are seeking young and dynamic candidates for the firm's Audit Supervisor Position. Qualifications & Experience Be a strong team player with result driven and time bound attitude Be able to carry out system reviews, evaluate manual and IT internal controls and develop program Be able to detect and report on deficiencies in the internal control systems and make recommendations for improvements Proficiency with International Accounting Standard (IFRS) and Auditing Standards Be an Associate member (or awaiting membership) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or another globally recognized Professional Financial Accounting body Holder of a bachelor of commerce, accounting, Finance or business administration degree 7. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications 8. Exposure to accounting and ERP systems would be an added advantage 9. Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills 10. 3 to 5 years’ experience preferably in Big 4 Chartered Accounting Firms with 1-2 years experience in Audit Supervisor or above level.
