Qualifications and Experience
W Graduate Degree in IT or equivalent
‘ Minimum 1
* years of experience in Support/Deployment Engineering
Competencies and Skills
Technical Expertise in JIRA and Confluence
Experience in Oracle Database
Experience in Middleware (JBOSS, WebSphere, Tomcat. Apache, nginx, etc.) and Message Queues
W Basic knowledge on the IT Infrastructure including network, application, systems and operational Support
Good understanding on scripting (Bash/ Shell)
Sound knowledge on Server Operating Systems (Windows 2008/2010 and Linux)
Good understanding on networking, security and load balancers (F5, HAProxy, webproxy)
will be an added advantage
‘¥ Knowledge on commercial and open source tools and appropriate usage models
W Good communication skills in English both spoken and written
Problem solving skills and enthusiasm to learn new technologies
¥ Willingness to work on Roster (Weekend ‘Sunday’)
