IMMEDIATE Fie VACANCY Travel Executive (ticketing & reservations) Required skills Proven work experience as a Travel Agent minimum 3 years. Excellent knowledge on ticketing, re-issuing and refunds. Excellent telephone sales and customer service. IATA certified professional qualification on airline ticket & reservations. Operating Microsoft office applications. Excellent knowledge of (CRS) computer reservations systems. GDS systems and e-travelling. Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus. Strong sales skills and commercial awareness. Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trend.
