IT ADMINISTRATOR

We are an Agriculture Company that focuses on export of unique herbs and vegetables. We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team.

What will you be doing?

Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.

Install, configure, and upgrade software applications.

Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.

Provide technical support and training to staff members.

Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

Stay updated on emerging IT trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate:

Must at least have a diploma in IT/IT-related field.

OR

Possess 2 years of experience working in an IT/IT-related position.

Should be able to work on roster basis shifting locations between Chilaw,

Ragama and Colombo.
