The Role

Responsible to research, develop and implement products and service concepts across cargo aviation service areas and engage in product enhancement and product redesign.

Job Respon:

Provide leadership to the product development team by being an example of best practices to all team members.

Actively participate in the formulation of company product development strategy in alignment with business plan, vision and goals.

Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Monitor the testing and evaluation of products based on industry best practice and provide guidance and management of the process when necessary.

Responsible to ensure that documentation and process flow of all product rights are inspected thoroughly.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to make informed product decisions.

Communicate product development progress, updates, and challenges to executive leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure that product launches are carried out smoothly and effectively thereby ensuring that quality, price,sustainability and overall look and feel of the product specifications are as per Fits Cargo standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in aviation, logistics, business, marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in product development role (minimum 8 years of experience).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
