Inspirations COORDINATOR - CONSULTANCIES

Strategic Inspirations (Pvt) Ltd (SIPL) is an organization dedicated to engaging with,challenging and enabling civil society to be strategic, efficient and effective in its endeavour for social transformation. We work with non-governmental organizations (local and international), community-based organizations, philanthropic foundations and public agencies. Our services include Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management and Development (including Capacity Building and Training), Financial Management and Grants Management.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager — Programme and Grants, the selected candidate will be expected to carry out the following key duties;

Project Management

Project Coordination

Support in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), documentation and reporting

He/She will also contribute to SIPL’s mission of strengthening Civil Society Organizations in their endeavours of addressing the social issues and development needs of the country and enhancing SIPL’s efforts towards learning, reflection and internal capacity development.

Requirements:

Agraduate in Social Sciences

Abusiness administration or qualification/part-qualification with a related professional body would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management and coordination

Fluency in spoken and written English and one local language (Sinhala or Tamil) is essential

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team under tight deadlines is highly desirable

Willing to travel out of Colombo if required on specific assignments
