AGM Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
Prepare annual sales forecast for the upcoming year, periodically review and continuously follow up and lead
and motivate the team to achieve the sales target.
Keep abreast of competition in the market and share insight on market movement and penetration with the
team.
Develop marketing strategies by identifying the market potential and the customer's current and future needs.
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategies to achieve the pre-determined sales goals and
achievements.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and competitor's activities.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and
customer touchpoints.
Review and evaluating team member's performance achievement in periodically and guide the day-to-day
activities of the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and upcoming trends in the market and provide necessary inputs and
inputs to capture the emerging trends in the market in an effective way.
Closely monitor the sales outstanding and recovery process while maintaining effective dealer/ customer
relationship and carry out timely follow-up on due payments.
Ensure smooth functioning of Sales department by identifying short-term and long-range issues that need
to be addressed.
Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the
company’s value and championing the leadership behavioral framework.
Requirements
* » Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Manager in the Manufacturing environment.
* » Degree in Marketing/ Business Management from a recognized university or full qualification in Marketing
from SLIM or CIM.
* Strong analytical skills, business acumen ability to demonstrate positive attitude, drive, initiative and
people management skills.
Energetic, Positive attitude and Passionate about the role.
Strong knowledge of the Marketing landscape changes and new trends.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Age between 35 -45 years.
