Qualification Req

Passed G.C.E. A/L

* Minimum 4 years experience in retail sector

 

At least 2 years experience as category manager or similar position will be an advantage.

Should be self-motivated & strong decision maker.

 

Excellent leadership, negotiation, Interpersonal & communications skills.

 

© Ability to work under pressure.

* Ensuring that high standards are maintained for service excellence, health and

safety of employees and customers

 

* Responding to customer complaints and comments with the support of the

customer service unit by following the set standard procedure

 

+ Having regular staff meetings to discuss the day's / month's performance, customer issues,

new initiatives to improve sales
