Job Description
The incumbent of the post is accountable for the management and administration of the supermarket in accordance with the
company's policies and procedures, as well as for fulfilling the company’s objectives in terms of sales, gross profit, and net
contribution.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all administrative functions of the supermarket
* Achieving the company goals in terms of Sales, Gross Profit and Net Profit
* Responsible and accountable for the movable and immovable assets of the supermarket
Responding to customer complaints and comments with the support of the customer service unit by following the
set standard procedure Having regular staff meetings to discuss the day's / month's performance, customer issues,
new initiatives to improve sales
Managing optimum stock levels at supermarket and warehouse through order management, buffer management and
regular monitoring of over tock items
Assist with demand planning seasonal requirements
Maintain the operational cost efficiencies
Tracking out of stock situations of selling products
Ensuring that high standards are maintained for service excellence, health and safety of employees and customers
Qualifications and Skills
Recognized qualification in Business Management or Professional Qualification in the relevant field from a reputed
institute or professional body
Should possess minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity and 3 years in other capacity in similar field
with a strong operational knowledge
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Should possess strong leadership skills, and be enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to lead all operational
work effectively and efficiently
* Bea team player with strong people management and leadership skills
