Position: Assistant Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

 

+ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers to

understand their weighing requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

 

+ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies

to expand our customer base.

 

+ Generate leads, qualify prospects, and effectively manage the sales pipeline to achieve

and exceed sales targets.

 

+ Present and demonstrate our weighing machine products to clients, highlighting their

features and benefits to address customer needs.

 

+ Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and

conditions to secure new business.

 

 

 

+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive

strategic sales initiatives.

 

+ Provide post-sales support, including product training and troubleshooting, to maintain

strong customer relationships.

 

Qualifications and Req!

 

  

 

ments:

 

+ HNDE / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

 

+ Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the weighing machine industry

or a related technical field.

 

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and

effectively influence customers.

 

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

 

+ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Sri Lanka.
