Job Description
As the Associate Tech Lead of the project, you are required to be part of the engineering team and
deliver software development products. You will be required to help and guide your team as well as
to work with the client's technical and other stakeholders in effectively delivering software products.
Scope of the Designation
* Develop, create and modify software applications or specialized utility programs based on the
requirement.
« Analyze user needs and develop solutions as per the market standards.
* Software should be customizable for client use with the aim of improving operational efficiency
* Analyze and design databases for an application, working individually, prioritize the work based
on urgency and coordinate with development team to get the work completed successfully.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent
qualification with 6
* years (s) experience
* 6
* year(s) experience in software Engineering
Technical Stack
* Experience with at least one programming language and a good understanding of two or more
general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C
*
* , C#, Python.
Proficiency with at least one ORM/Persistence framework: Hibernate, JPA.
* Very Good knowledge of Sitecore PAAS, SAAS, IAAS architecture.
« Excellent knowledge and experience of C# based WEB Application development with latest
framework (4.8, .NET Core, MVC, MVVM)
« Understanding of Scrum and Agile practices. Manage team and provide effort estimations
efficiently.
« Experience / Knowledge in Database such as MySQL, Mongo DB, MS SQL, Maria DB.
* Knowledge on tools such as Redis, Postman, Minio, WordPress, Laravel would be good to have
* Knowledge on Cloud solutions such as (Azure, AWS, GCP) should be good to have.
* Experience in optimizing page load times, minification techniques, optimizing CSS/JS, loading
DOM elements asynchronously, and partial page updates through AJAX.
« Athorough and deep understanding of all major front-end web development languages,
especially HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, Vue.js, Node JS, React JS.
« Experience / Knowledge in mobile app development using Flutter, React Native.
* Knowledge of WEB API, Python, Cl / CD DevOps processes and any RPA tools should be an
added advantage.
