CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE
(COLOMBO)
To ensure desired customer delight by providing satisfactory response to customer interaction.
Provide customers with product and service information's
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Handling customer inquiries through the phone and update student counselors accordingly
Research required information using available resources
Route calls to appropriate resources
ANDIDATE PROFILE
Self-motivated and flexible towards working hours
Fluency in English, Capabilities in other languages would be an added advantage
2-4 years experience in the field of customer service (call center exposure is a must)
* Should have computer literacy including MS Office package
