Customer Care Coordinator / Executive
Responsibilities
e Answering all inbound calls and assigning them accordingly.
e Ability to Coordinate and Communicate effectively between customers and internal parties.
e Positively deal with customer complaints with follow-up feedback to the Management by
directing concerns of customers to relevant authorized personel.
@ Actively seek feedback from customers and team members at every given opportunity
e Manage all front office functions.
Manage customer bookings on mechanical repairs and assigning them to service advisors.
Requirements
e Sound academic background with minimum G.C.E. A/L.
e 2-3 years in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
e Excellent Communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage).
Knowledge in Microsoft Packages and ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
