MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

 

About You:

 

 

 

© You will be Confident, articulate and a good communicator, both orally and written, to deliver MGG

IT initiatives with clear and concise instruction

 

Strong critical thinking and decision making skills

 

Proven leadership and team management skills

 

Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

 

You will have strong interpersonal and rapport building skills

 

 

 

Day-to-day:

 

Planning, deploying and maintaining IT systems and operations

 

Managing IT staff and developing department goals

 

Ensuring IT strategies and processes support group-wide goals

 

Developing IT policies, procedures and best practices and enforcing IT best practices across the

group

 

© Overseeing relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers

 

© Developing and overseeing the IT budget

 

© Explaining to the board of directors and other executives the benefits and risks of new IT-related

projects

 

Your skills and experiences must include:

 

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

 

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity

 

In-depth knowledge and experience in system administration and management processes

Experience in C-level communication

 

Good understanding of modern technologies and information system technologies
