Manager - Margin Trading

 

Applications are invited for all candidates to fill the Manager ~ Margin Trading Job Opening at PMF Finance PLC.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and career-oriented person to join our Team for the position of

Manager - Margin Trading

 

 

 

Role Responsibilities

 

‘+ Documentation and operational functions relating to the establishment of the MT portfolio.

 

‘+ Monitoring and Real-time risk management and margin/risk mitigation.

 

‘+ Margin Calls - review, communication, and enforcement of firm and regulatory guidelines,

 

+ Post trade processing and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner.

 

‘+ Work closely with IT to ensure that all system issues are escalated and resolved quickly, and that systems are utilized by the team to

optimal efficiency.

 

‘+ Monitor client cash flows; communicate and process according to firm procedures

 

+ Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor to enact enhancements.

 

‘+ Non-Trade Items includes identification, research, and resolution of non-trade items, such as short positions and debits.

 

‘+ Risk Reports review daily risk reports and identify and resolve potential risk items involving options and regulatory violations.

 

+ Order creation and execution for all tradeable assets

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

‘+ Develop necessary system controls & operational procedures to minimize risk

 

‘+ Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issuesineeds, and

recommending solutions

 

‘+ Sound knowledge on Stock Exchange regulations and guidelines.

 

+ Possess a fair knowledge in financial statement analysis, sector specific economic, regulatory changes and its implications,

 

‘+ Have a good understanding on capital market operations, legal frame work and SEC guidelines.

 

‘+ Ensuring all systems and processes are in place to support the growth of business with strict compliance to internal and regulatory

guidelines.

 

‘+ Maximize the long term revenue for Margin Trading business and growing the portfolio to achieve the overall targets

 

‘+ Asstrong network with Stock Brokering Companies.

 

+ Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university or ICASL / CIMA / ACCA / AIB part qualification

 

+ Minimum 03 year of experience in Stock Brokering or Margin Trading.

 

‘+ Task oriented with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage projects and tasks through to completion

 

‘+ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
