MANAGER - OPERATIONS

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency and

effectiveness of our company. This individual will be responsible for managing various operational processes,

implementing best practices, and ensuring smooth day to day operations. You will be directly reporting to the

Director.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

« Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic plan including business planning,

budgeting and other operational areas while establishing strong networks with staff across the

organization.

 

* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) to track performance of operations and implement

corrective measures when necessary.

 

« Provide leadership and ensure that strategic objectives are met while engaging and motivating teams.

 

«Responsible for implementing clear standard operational procedures.

 

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance and compliance to ensure smooth

coordination and communication.

 

+ Ensure dynamic, effective and sustainable stakeholder management to maintain the credibility and

reputation of the organization.

 

* Oversee recruitment and training of employees.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

+ Leadership skill with the ability to manage a team.

Excellent customer relationship management attributes.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

© Degree in Business Administration / Professional Qualification with an MBA.

© Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in managerial position.

© Prior experience in the trading/retail sector will be an added advantage.
