Key Responsibilities:
- Make the phone your best friend! Engage with various customer segments through exciting cold calls. Aim for an impressive 75-80 calls per day.
- Unleash your business development prowess and bring new clients to our doorstep.
- Master the art of customer portfolio management like a pro.
- Take charge of the full 360* recruitment process. Identify client requirements and match them with top-notch candidates.
- Ensure compliance documentation remains uncompromised.
- Thrive under pressure because you've got this!
- Don't let the conversation end after the sale. Follow up with customers and provide outstanding after-sales service.
- Keep your reports game strong, whether it's daily, weekly, or monthly.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales and customer service experience. Show us what you've got!
- Previous recruitment consultant experience? We'd love to see it! (It's definitely a bonus)
- Fluent in English? Check! Your target markets are NZ, AU & UK, and you'll communicate like a pro.
- Your words have power! Showcase your excellent skills in professional business writing, including proposals, introduction letters, and business emails.
- Telephone etiquette is your secret weapon. Polished and professional communication is a key.
- Completed academic and professional qualifications in English Medium? You're on the right track.
- Deadlines and targets don't scare you; you thrive on meeting them.
- Microsoft packages are your playground. Show off those excellent computer skills!
