Job Description
* Asa Senior QA Engineer, you will be expected to architect, develop and release user-facing
features and ensure the quality of our product continues to serve the needs of our tens of
millions of users.
* Ability to work independently with clients, proactive, and self-managed.
* Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers.
* Conducting timely product analysis
* Ensuring all bugs and issues are resolved by conducting regression testing.
* Assist in Resource management.
* Maintain Documentation with respect to Testing as well as FDD shared by Developer.
Scope of the Designation
* Review documents, validates the requirements and technical specifications documents shared
by Development team.
* Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements with respect
to the customer feedback and prioritization.
* Documents results, offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall
product quality.
* Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression
testing).
* Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes.
* Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines
* Looking for a long run resolution to improve the processes and testing.
Experience Required
* Minimum 3
* years of quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments
¢ Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with SharePoint (ability to create site collections, sites, and lists at a minimum).
* Familiarity with programming languages, SQL & API to allow for defect triaging and automation.
* Familiarity with scripting languages used in test automation
« Minimum 2
* year experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills.
* Experience towards manual testing and creating Test cases (Design, Write & Execute) is a must.
« Experience with web-based application testing (minimum 3
* year).
« Experience with integration testing between applications (minimum 3
* year).
* Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and provides
solutions.
« Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required.
« Ateam player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
