SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE (INTERNATIONAL MARKETS) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales on company tea & tea related products « Engage in Costing, negotiate pricing and terms of sale on customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their expectations
* Capture new markets / new clients in international markets while sustaining sales growth on existing customers
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in international markets
* Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets by the management

* Liaise with Purchasing, Marketing, Tea, Commercial and Production departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated effort in sending export orders on time
* Maintain sales reports on weekly basis and prepare analysis /presentations for management review ¢ Planning and implementing continuous promotional activities to create awareness in International markets
* Attend international trade shows to build relationships with new customers CANDIDATE PROFILE :
* Should possess Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ International Business Management or fully qualified in professional qualification related to marketing. Possessing a MBA will be added advantage.

* year of international sales experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record is mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English is must and the ability to converse with other foreign languages (Arabic/French/Chinese etc.) will be an added advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
